mesa launch giveaway

promoter: this giveaway is organised by mesa (“the promoter”).
eligibility: the giveaway is open to australian residents only, aged 18 and above, with a public instagram account. employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are ineligible to enter.
entry requirements: to enter, participants must:

• follow mesa on instagram (@mesa.collections).
• tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post. each tag counts as one entry.
• share the giveaway post to their instagram stories and tag mesa.
  prize: one winner will receive mesa’s entire launch collection, valued at $455.

winner selection: the winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on 13th december 2024.
notification and response: the winner will be contacted via instagram dm. the winner will have 5 days to respond. if no response is received within this time, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
shipping: the prize will be shipped via australia post. shipping times may vary, and delivery cannot be guaranteed during the busy holiday period.
verification: entries must comply with these terms and conditions. the promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify entries deemed fraudulent or not in accordance with these terms.
public accounts: participants’ instagram accounts must remain public during the giveaway period to allow entry verification.
non-transferable: the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other items.
limitation of liability: the promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, delays, or other circumstances outside its control.
modifications: the promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
agreement: by entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the promoter’s decisions, which are final.
privacy: any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.
