exchange and returns
at mesa, we want you to love your purchase. in line with australian consumer law, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. please note we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
how to request an exchange
to arrange an exchange, email us at hello@mesacollections.com.au
with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. our team will share the next steps with you.
conditions for exchange
- items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless your item is faulty or incorrect)
- once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll email you a credit voucher valid for three years, redeemable online at mesa collections
non-exchangeable items
we’re unable to accept exchanges on the following unless faulty:
- sale items
- gifts with purchase
- customised or personalised products
faulty or damaged items
if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@mesacollections.com.au
right away with photos of the issue. we’ll organise a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
international returns
for international exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping as well as any duties or taxes. please return items via a traceable service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
